The quest continues to be the next head golf pro of Augusta... or just a really nice joint. After 3 years at the fabulous Donald Ross gem, Monroe Golf Club in Rochester, NY, I've been given an excellent opportunity at a FANTASTIC Rees Jones course outside of Philly - Ledgerock Golf Club. Absolutely AMAZING facilties, and a great opportunity to show what I can do.

Now, does anyone want to buy a house????

My son's swing coach was the Head Pro at Traditions in Edmond...till he got the Head Job at Belmar. That guy was up before daylight and home after dark. No longer at Belmar, heard rumors if you crossed Toby's wife you could pack your bags.

Major upgrade, IMO...nice job Fads....I hope it's everything you hope for, and a great opportunity.

Still not any closer to God's country though. ;)

Great starting hole. I've always been fond of the shorter par 4 #1 holes. You can really try to nail one and there's a real chance of starting out with a birdie.

That deep bunker looks like a magnet though!

I also like the pose the club champion is sporting.;)

might be heading down there this weekend - weather sucks up here right now, so i don't know if i'll get to play. looking forward to getting there permanently. from the tips: 7200+; rating - 75.1; slope - 155. OUCH!!!!!!

gotta head down and find a place to live... ugh!!!

Wow, that's a real course. Doesn't look like too much room for error.

So, with 5 different tee boxes do you get too much mix of good and poor players? Or with that many tee boxes does it keep the pace of play moving faster?

wish i could tell you - haven't started yet. i do know they have a good sized group of good players. not too many senior golfers at the course. while there aren't many "forced" carries off the tee, the approach shots (for the most part) seem pretty demanding. not too much room for running it up to the green (again, for the most part).

they only do about 10,000 rounds a year, so there isn't a ton of traffic to slow things up.
