Drama Queen.

It was the right decision to step down due to personal health and to family.

It's OK to be dedicated to your job.

But to vacillate back and forth... don't be wishy-washy Urban. You're very good at what you do... don't be insecure about it. Coach till you stroke. Coach till your family leaves you and forgets who you are.

Or stay home with them and be happy. Be with the wife, your biggest cheerleader. Be healthy and live a long life.

But don't be weak.
