Nice help from security...oh wait, they don't have security there. Suprised there wasn't any batteries in them...then again, maybe there was. Losers.

A POS fanbase that should be sterilized.

Shameful. No sportsmanship from fans either.

Oh, yeah, how 'bout this?

I just followed the link provided by Leroy to watch that shameful display, and what do I see over to my right? I see a link to another video titled "Eagles fans give 49ers fan what he deserves..."

And it was a video, from another angle, of the same disgusting affair.

Snowballs aren't fatal, but the least Philly fans in the Niner fan vicinity around them could have done was beg fellow Philly fans to stop...

If they learned the proper method from Denver Bronco fans then the snowball would have had batteries and rocks and glass inside them.

Philly fans are thugs.

Is shameful the correct word? Maybe shameless.

Didnt see anywhere what caused it . Did the 49er Fans do something or were they just watching the game ?

In the '60s, Philly played a game on Christmas day. At half time they had a convertible drive around the edge of the field with Santa sitting on the back. The Philly fans snowballed Santa.

Also, not sure about now, but in their previous stadium they had a jail cell and a courtroom with a judge and prosecutor beneath the stands. They did initial appearances, jailed them pending bail, and if bail was not made by the end of the game, the paddy wagon took them downtown.

The Santa thing is overblown...there was a different reason they were acting the way they were that day, and the replacement Santa guy took the brunt of the mood that day.

The day Sooner fans ever act this way is the day I will cease being a Sooner fan. Disgusting! Please tell me our part of the world would never stoop this low. We are not talking about a couple of drunks. This is close to a hundred different fans.

I've had some great times in Philly. In fairness, they DO have more than their fair share of boneheads and "likes to fight" guy, I won't pretend otherwise. Probably the worst visiting fan experience I've had, FWIW, was in SF.
