I'm with you on this solstice thing in one aspect- the days will start getting longer and stop getting shorter. I hate that crap.

When the days get shorter...I believe it has an effect on me. Daylight is essential. I've had to work a job or two that required me to work from 10 pm to 6:30 am before. I hated it. It was just not natural. When the Solstice comes around I get those same feelings....and things always begin to smooth out once we're by it.

Maybe Obama can do something about it for us. :D
