It was amazing. Almost surprised it wasn't whistled dead. He was stuffed and backpedaling before throwing them off.

Sidenote--- Loadholt is getting murdered by J.Peppers. He has a dislocated right shoulder, and is trying to fight thru it.

Serves him right for not saying he played at Oklahoma during his intro.

I couldn't understand his mumbling @ss. It wasn't Oklahoma. Prolly the same thing he has been saying for a few games, his high school or some crap.

It was the same "Fountain, Colorado" clip that they have used for earlier games, in fact I think they may have been all the same clips.
No big deal...

Really? Cause Peterson is proud enough of his time at Oklahoma to represent.

Don't be a dooshbag.

McKinnie is getting abused by Peppers.

Vikings OL continues their attrocious play. Horrible.

Funny, he said PALESTINE WILDCATS (Tigers/whatever?) one game in 08.

Have we seen him mad yet? They're down 19-7 and AD only has 35 yards, so this would be as good as any time to get mad.

LOL McKinnie benched and Peppers abuses Hicks.

Vikings don't have the worst OL in the league (Hutchinson alone doesn't allow that), but the list under them isn't too long.

I've seen enough of Darrell Bevell the last 3 weeks. Nepotism sucks.

I'm glad Julius decided to play this week. He was a dog on Willie Warren's level earlier in the season. Appreciate ya, Julius! Earn those millions.

Whatever the Vikings "had" early in the season has vanished the last two times they've left the Metrodome.

What I don't get is how everyone always says the Vikes offensive line is one of (if not the) best in the NFL. I just don't see it.

I know they're 11 -3, but the Vikes look like the biggest underacheivers in the NFL. AD hardly ever gets as far as the line untouched.

Great run by Peterson in the fourth quarter. Looks like the Vikings' o-line needs improvement to open those gaps. AD has the speed and the power... just can't get the gaps.

Can't call it "really bad" since his arm was hit as he threw it. Peppers totally dominated.

Haven't heard that since 07. But Losing Birk hurt a lot. They went from a top 5 center, to a bottom 5 (probably worst) center.

AD

12 carries, 35 yards, TD
3 catches, 73 yards

Stewart didn't seem to have too much trouble shedding tacklers. I don't know if it's running style or just legs churning. Oh well.

Troubling to look this poor twice this close to the end of the season.

Teams in the last few weeks have pretty much given the Vikes no respect in the passing game even with Farve. They've pretty much loaded up the line and stopped the run. Last week they got a little production on offense but not as much as they were early in the season.

I seriously doubt Jared Allen played his college ball at the Culinary Academy.

I love AD, but he's not been playing that well lately.

I think Chris Johnson is the best back in the league.

AD is playing fine (the same). If there is nowhere to run, you aren't going to gain yards. Football is a team game.

Oh, sure .. I agree.

But consider that AD has a legitimate passing threat to take the heat off of him (Favre) while Johnson only has Vince Young.

I am concerned that AD's running style is going to end up shortening his career.

I'm not arguing he's close to Johnson's level this year. Johnson may be having the best year ever.

AD is definitely overly-physical. But I'd be just as concerned with Johnson's tiny frame. He's built like a corner.

And regarding the Favre threat... Defenses never bought into it. They still lock their corners down in man, play a single safety deep, and invite Favre to try and beat them. He did it the first 2/3s of the season, not so much the last 3 weeks. The fronts are almost the same AD saw last year with Ferrotte and Jackson. Though the passing results have improved, due to Favre.

Is VY not something like 7-0 since he took over? He's not quite the liability he used to be at UT passing-wise.

Young just wins. He doesn't really always look good or have good stats but he just wins. His rookie year he was the worst rated starting QB in the league yet they won 9 or 10 games.

I guess that will put a damper on his path to the Hall of Fame, now won't it?
