They were in a bad car accident last night...totaled our car..My 3 year old son is ok, my 5 year old girl is ok but crying pretty often...my wife was ok but now her back is hurting her bad so Im gonna take her to see whats going on with that...

Kids are OK....my daughter is finally settled down and sleeping some...

My 3 year old son...whats weird is he had been telling me for about 3 weeks that somebody was going to hit us from behind, so this whole thing, he has just been pretty calm and very whatever about it....

My wife is having pain from her tail bone up to the top of her neck...she is home but went through some different tests yesterday to see whats up...We should find out later today or tomorrow...

Oh man, I didn't realize that you watched the accident, knowing that your wife and children were in that car. Isn't it strange that you play the scene over and over in your mind so many times that it does seem like slow motion and a pretty helpless state even if you were driving the car.
