I was more interested in this "Pajamagram" that they advertised before and after the video :D

I can see why a judge would dismiss the case against her - she is still married. However, my guess is that everybody that the couple owes money to will go after the one with the money, not the one left with nothing but patio furniture and a cute dog.

It sounds like the bills stacked up after the winnings were paid, so I can see how he didn't get part of his winnings withheld.

In any event, I've heard enough lotto winners-turned-losers stories to know that this woman is better off without this guy and that he probably got a lump sum, so he'll only get about half a million, then spend it like he has a million and "forget" that he has to pay taxes on his winnings.
