wow....he died of unknown causes? at 90? im no doctor but i bet i could come close to the right answer.

thnx vet. this brings up another question.

who here remembers calling a number in okc for the time and temperature? as a young whipper snapper i remember being fully clothed (think randy in christmas story because i walked to school) and ready to walk out the door for school, watching CPT. kangaroo and that outstanding mr green jeans. instead of standing up and walking into the kitchen where the clock was, i would pick up th phone and there was always a nice, friendly voice pimping CDs and savings accounts that was quickly followed by a "your bank of ____ time is ____ temperatrue _____"... no good bye. thanks for calling nothing. just click. i miss that dude.

He's gone to the Great Posse in the Sky with all those other heroes of TV westerns.

I tell ya, when westerns got all cynical and post-moderny and started to glorify the bad guys and mock the good guys in the late 60s or so, I knew Western Civilization was a-swirling down the terlet.
