Well, it is Rasmussen reports.

All polls are worthless.

what the hell is the point in doing a poll over something like that anyway? Shouldn't they be more concerned with finding out the correct answer than asking people what they think about it?

Well, to be fair the poll is commissioned -- probably by Fox News.

So now Blevins is working for Fox news?

I had to help the Daughter last night figure out how you can tell a Prime number from a composite number and factorization Trees...etc...

Man it's been a long time since I went over that stuff...lol

They report it....you decide. :D

factor ladder > factor trees.

with factor trees, the damned primes get lost in the branches.

consider 420. Check for divisibility by primes in increasing order.

2|420
2|210
3|105
5|35
. 7

420 = 2 x 2 x 3 x 5 x 7

Never mind the math...the english is also awful.

All responses include the word "likely". Meaning it's a given that scientists falsify their research.

No. No agenda here ladies and gentlemen just answer the poll and move along.

Oh Lawdy...how are you going explain it when she gets an F? :D

He can probably commission Rasmussen to conduct a poll showing that an F is a good grade.

Not gonna happen. I did suck at math in HS but after I went through Business Stat at TU (a B+ I can't believe I pulled), I really never had much trouble with any of it.

I'm really glad I did all that too as at age 38 I found I needed it again to get through the 3 of Federal Licenses I now possess. To this day I continue to use lots of math in my day to day tasks.

My little Brother is a Math Major from OU and that degree has served him very well. Everyone in my Family are pretty good with math. I think my Daughter is going to do very well as all I needed to do was help her past a little road block and she saw everything clearly.

I hope she continues to do well. She made the Dean's List at School with all As and one B. She told me she thinks she might have bumped the B to an A in the last test so she may end up with Straight As.

Your choice of wording for this thread title is funny. I remember a Barbie doll said that exact phrase in a television ad when I was young (I think the actual doll said a similar phrase, but not the same one). The doll got yanked from toy shelves because it depicted women as crappy at math.

that's probably in the back of my head somewhere in choosing said words :D

Rasmussen/Fox thinks Cronbach's Alpha is one of the frats that rushed them.
