Police in North Carolina are saying a Marine was accidentally shot to death when he got into an argument with a friend over the Texas-Nebraska football game.

Sounds like it was not on purpose but who really knows.

Accidentally? Really.......? Two guys got into a scrap about one of the most heated endings in Big 12 history. One guys thinks "Hey maybe I should grab my strap.... Ooops..... You know the last time I checked no one gets accidentally shot in a scuffle...just doesn't happen According to the information available in Google World thats exactly what the D.A.s office is saying happened. If they felt the gun was aimed at the man and went off on purpose then the charge would be murder.

It is hard to believe however, that when someone has a weapon in his hand that killing is not in his head.
