Okay, it was at extra point range, but I'm sure he'll take it.

At least the word got out. :) I just watched the replay again and Hartley didn't get the height on that kick you normally see on an XP. Man, if he had had that blocked... whew.

Ask the Redskins kicker about extra point range field goals...

I've never seen a team grasp defeat out of the jaws of victory so many times in one year. How many different ways can a team f' up at the end of a game?

Hartley was 4 for 5 on FGs, and his only miss was from 58. Great job!!
As a Saints fan, I kinda know how the whorn fans felt after stealing a win from the Nebs last night. Washington played an awesome game. But after 30+ years of the worst luck, the Saints might be entitled to some fortune.

First day back and he nails all four field goals including the game winner.

Sure miss Hartley. Glad he got his job back... looked a little shaky there. Good thing the other kicker got the heebee-jeebees last week against the Patriots.

I miss this guy. And the sound of the PA announcer going "Garrett Hartley for the extra point." Which happened a lot during his time there... so many TDs scored :)

Words of doom. That's the goofy Saints vibe that changed "working to win" into "waiting to win."
