Why is Locker more highly touted than Tebow for the pros? They seem to have nearly similar styles, but Tim seems to have been a tad more successful (considering the talent surrounding him).

I think Locker has a much better arm and is a much better passer. He's not as much of a run threat as Tebow; although I think that has more to do with the lack of other offensive options around him than his pure running ability.

Locker is a waaaay better pro QB prospect than Tebow.

Arm strength, coming out of more of a pro style offense, more upside

They are still trying to get tebow to crawl out of his locker.

Have you ever watched Tim Tebow attempt a forward pass?

20/35 for 248 yards. Not too shabby.

Locker won't be getting his arse kicked by his own teammates for yelling in their faces like a dooshbag with an air horn.

Tebow throws hard. I didn't see him making NFL throws today though. He did hit some guys right in the hands that dropped balls today.

He might make it in the NFL....but I tell ya. I'll take Sam over him if I had a choice. I'd take Ingram over tebow or McCoy too.

I'd take a blind midget with diabetes, a heart murmor and flat feet over teblow.

Nope it's not..Alex smith had some impressive stat lines in that offense also

other than touch, release point, throwing motion, downfield accuracy, foot mechanics, overall experience in an offense that would work in the nfl, and not going ape**** on your teammates, they are exactly the same.

That's all well and good, but his throws and his arm strength right now aren't very good. Maybe someone takes him in the 3rd or 4th round as a bit of a project, but I honestly can't see him as more than that right now.

His rah rah bull**** routine won't fly in the NFL. He'll need to hold a clipboard and learn how to throw the ball. If tried to take his current playing style to the next level he'd get broken in half by Ray Lewis or fragged by his own teammates for acting like such a ******.

Hear him.

That said. St Tim is worth a draft pick, he could help some team some how.

Maybe it's because Locker's passes don't float to the receiver like St Timmay's do?
