Well yeah. They are so fast the coverage is usually standing around the returner before the ball leaves the punter's foot.

The announcers are making up all kind of crap. "Ingram is the best two foot jump cutter". WTH is that. The other announcer called him on it and said oh, I'm just talking.

OU's numbers were nearly that good, also, prior to the Tech game.

There were only 4 returns against them all season. So a good majority were either fair caught, OB, touchback, etc.
