Except that wouldn't happen if Cincy wins against Pitt. The points are too close TCU plays an unraked New Mexico and Cincy plays a top 15 Pitt at Pitt. If Cincy wins that game for the Big East championship they will jump TCU easily. That's how the BCS works.
