Finally got through the regular season unscathed. Very happy for him. Just wish the season would have finished better than it did.

Is it wrong that my 7 year old had to point this out to me after the game was over? I'm happy as well.

Happy for DM and selfishly for me - Joe Fan. DeMarco would have been a huge positive factor in both the last 2 bowls.

Yea he would've. I'm just glad he will finally play in a bowl game and he will definitely get his stats padded.

Happy for the kid. He's worked so hard coming back from injuries hopefully he will tear it up in whatever bowl we end up playing in.

When do they announce bowl picks? I searched around the Innerweb, but couldn't seem to find anyplace that gave dates on that sort of thing. And the projections for bowls are completely all over the place -- nobody seems to have any real idea where we're going.

Generally all the match-ups are official after the CCGs next week. But a lot of deals will be done before that, even if not announced.

Broyles is a star but Murray is the guy I want getting as many touches as possible. Split out, Wildcat, toss sweep, whatever. I like Murray and am glad he's doing well. He said he would "probably" be back next year.

Thanks, Boulder. Most years our bowl game is a known factor -- as we can tell from our record that we're going to a BCS game, and they can predict those fairly well.

I've forgotten how this whole second-tier nonsense works :D
