Tailgate ala Agroid

No, the world is not over, and yes, we will be having a tailgate this weekend.

This final weekend of the STSNBM (season that shall not be mentioned) will be capped off with our final tailgate. Details are as follows:

Breakfast - biscuits and gravy, perhaps some other animal by-products, donuts, pastries, etc. Juices, but no coffee. If you want coffee, you need to bring it.

There will be the normal variety of beers, soft drinks, etc. We will also have some bloody mary and screwdriver makings available if you desire something a little stouter to drown your miseries.

Of course the highlight of this final tailgate is the drawing for the most excellent Sooner memorabilia Sir Homeslice has provided for your raffleing pleasure. You can still purchase your raffle tickets at the tailgate all the way up to the time of the drawing.

The tailgate will begin at 0900. The raffle should be somewhere around 1030 or so.

If you would like to bring something, anything breakfasty would be great. We will not be providing any after-game food (other than breakfast levtovers) but we will still have the drinks for a while after the game.

OK, we just finished setting up. There's whisky, vodka, OVJ (assuming the chariot arrives in the morning), all kinds of mixins', juices, mixes, and all kinds of crap. We've got biscuits, gravy, bacon, eggs, taters, and a bunch of other ****. Enough beer to float Oprah's fat black ***, and the raffle drawing. The only thing that could make it better is if we were playing for the Big-12 champeenchip.... or maybe even a mid-level bowl.... **** it all, I'm depressed, let's drink and forget about this STSNBM.

We made two with a Spinach Souffle, mushroom, onion and cheese. A third with sun dried maters, green onion, sausage, garlic, mozzarella and cream. A fourth one with Ham, green onions, nutmeg and cheese.

So yeah...thier just omelets in a pie crust. :pop:

Thanks Dean and all the tailgate organizers, sponsors and volunteers! The biscuits and gravy were delicious and hit the spot. It was really nice to have a place to go and chill before the game on Saturday.

It was my first tailgate, me and the little lady showed up and Dean introduced himself. He said to grab some chow and so we did - apparently we were the first in line. Just like me to meet some folks for the first time and just jump in and go first.
