Found this article posted on Yahoo. Since my wife is a Kentucky grad, we watch a LOT of UK basketball and it's as much a religion to her as Sooner football is to me. What struck me is that knowing how young and talented (and highly touted) this new group of kids is, and how they've already started to gel into a new system, with a new coach.

Now, on the flip side, this UK team hasn't played anyone yet - they'll get that opportunity in a couple of weeks. And no real adversity - no season ending injuries, no losses, and as long as they win, no fans/media criticizing every move.
My feeling is that had we been able to simply sit back and watch the young OL develop this year, we may not be unbeaten, but we would have a different tone about 2009.
