Sorry, should have clarified:

I'm going to fire these up AFTER finals, which start today (in about 15 minutes) and last through the 15th.

Not going to take the chance of needing a full colon replacement in the middle of that.

I had some Sriracha Baby Back ribs. They were great. I would think wings would be too. Maybe even better.

Dean, stick some of the little wing drumstick parts on the WSM next time you do it. They only take a few hours. Then toss them in the sauce. You'll be happy-glad.
