Another decision in CA, 32% tuition increase for UCLA nearly causes riots. I wonder how many officers are getting sick of higher ups making these decisions and are felling no need for them to get hurt but I am afraid once the straw is broken it is not going to be pretty therefore they might want to consider who they are protecting.

wow, i had seen something about UCLA rioting, i figured it was from a game or something.

i'd be pretty pissed about a ~30% increase... but isn't it really cheap to go there if you are in-state anyway? California is pretty much broke though. i guess you could transfer...
