Going back to the last exhibition game, the women have a two-game streak of scoring 100 points going. It's amazing how much better Sherri's motion offense works when a certain someone isn't clogging up the lane with her girth.

NP and I were watching the score scrolling below the Cincy/WV game last night. We were quite surprised to see the game close when the score was in the mid 20s. I think Mercer might have even been ahead at that point :confused:

Yeah, Mercer had a couple of two-point leads early on. Then the offense started clicking and the pressure D started forcing turnovers. This team's fun to watch again.

At least we won. I saw the ticker on the bottom of espn last night and it said we were down something like 29-28 early on.

This team's gonna struggle at times. Depth will be a problem, and if our shots aren't falling we can fall behind anyone (like last night). But when it's clicking, god damn, it's like Daughter Of Billy Ball.
