Eric Holder is going to try the surviving 9/11 terrorists in NYC in civilian court. 5 of the most dangerous people in the world are going to be tried in a judicial system that, according to Rudy Guiliani, is built to favor the guilty. All this to people who have already pled guilty before military courts.

There may be an incident of greater judicial irresponsibility in history but I am at a loss to figure out what it is. Why doesn't Obama just paint a big old bullseye on NYC and be done with it.

Could it be that these guys walk and Hasan does too? After all, it worked for O. J. Simpson.

I don't think they have any but Obama is probably going to let them borrow his Nobel Peace Prize. Counts for .20 on the Heisman scale.

i can't imagine New Yorkers having much sympathy for any of these people. i mean there would have to be some pretty damn compelling testimony/evidence for any of these guys to walk

Why would his confession or any other evidence procured through enhanced interrogation be admissible in court. Seeing as how Obama decided that all that stuff is just to mean to be legal.
