Does anyone think he leaves after this year for a head-coaching job? If I am him I am seriously thinking about it, since we take hits next year and don't look any better off. Any thoughts????

Despite what some on here say, I don't think he's in especially high demand.

The defense for the most part has played from really good to great this year, but his pattern of putting out mediocre defenses despite having talent better than that speaks against him. His past inability to make in-game adjustments to counter what an opponent is hurting us with does not speak well for his mental acumen either -- something that's handy to have in a head coach.

if he gets a decent offer, he should bolt. next year may be a rough one too, especially with no mccoy, english, jackson, bradford, gresham, etc. but jimmy and tress will return!
