Yeah, the kid just wasn't good. That whole year nobody could evaluate RBs because it looks like Justin Johnson and Calhoun weren't all they were billed to be either.

Though they're all still young and could shape up later.

Not shocking. He's been terrible.

Reading that board reminds me of the good old days on the internet in, like, 1995.

31 carries and 103 yds this season for Justin Johnson, in all fairness he is playing behind two guys who have over 800yds so far

You sure about that? Justin transferred. ;)

Why hasn't little Hawkins cleaned out his locker?

Daddy won't let him.

Daddy will be cleaning his locker at the end of this season.

Scott had a breakout season his freshman year... damn fast kid. Was it an o-line problem this year? Is that why Cody was feeling the heat at QB?

He ran for like 400 yds his fresh season, he really hasnt done much

I think Scott is protesting over Hawkins losing his QB spot.

Scott came in overweight and out of shape, despite being the #1 HS back in the land, he was never the instant badass that AD was.

that said, this CU staff blows...i mean, they are minor league bozos. that we lost to them is a real pain in my *** but for real they suck. who can blame the kid?

they were down 33-3 at the half last week at home to Mizzou in a game i mahself saw in person.

I'm sure that Chip Brown and Geoff Ketchum of orangebloods.com and 104.9 in Austin will create a brand new unverified rumor about him for wherever he lands next.

I'm sure Colorado is looking for Gary Barnett right now.

Need the scandals... start them up again to get the Buffalos back up.

Nah... screw them.

makes you wonder how a national recruit like that would pick Boulder over ANYWHERE he wanted to go

Cliff's Notes of Colorado's recent history:

Yay, we won the 2001 Big 12 Championship!

Boo, we lost a BCS bowl game.

Boo, we have a female kicker who is "not only a girl, she was terrible. OK? There's no other way to say it!"

Barnett is the Big 12 Coach of the Year!

I don't care if Barnett is coach of the year, he's fired cuz he lost 70-3 to Texas!

Yay, Colorado just hired a coach that wins a lot at Boise State.

It's Division One football! It's the Big 12! It ain't intramurals (like at Boise State in the WAC)! Go play intramurals , brother.

CU blows so bad that students are throwing Buffalo t-shirts onto the field at their own Homecoming!

Colorado sucks so bad that coach is benching his son.

:D

I hope Scott has at least one game in the future where he runs all over 'SC.
