Im in, already got the DVR set and pretty pumped. I am a big LOST fan, watching Flash Forward although it isnt as addictive as LOST, V looks like it might be.

OK, i did not watch the original show back in the day. So I have to ask. WHY

1.they have the technology to produce their own documents, passports etc,

2. why do they need the people on their side. looks like they could just take what they wanted.

One thing I did not like was the Big Reveal came way too early, that being that the visitors actually are lizard men instead of the anatomically perfect hotties they appear to be. I thought that did not happen until later in the original and it was shocking when Diana's (now Anna) rubber human face was ripped off during a news broadcast.

On the plus side, head visitor Anna is great. That stare, the smile, those blinking eyes, she can seduce the entire planet. Who needs sleeper cells?

I was surprised that they revealed that they were reptilian, but since most people already knew that because of the old series, maybe Kenneth Johnson (also the writer & creator of the original V) decided to let the cat out of the bag early. There are alot of possibilities with the story line because of the early reveal.

I have always been a huge fan of the V series and KJ originally tried to pitch the idea to NBC and originally wanted to make the new series a sequel to the old one with Diana returning with a new generation.

The older priest was not believable. Older people in general tend to be a little more skeptical than most when it comes to taking an alien race arriving on Earth at face value. But they had to get the younger priest into the resistance so . . .

Yeah, the blonde lizard girl was a hottie and meant to reel in the teen boys. Will she start liking the kid for real and join the resistance too? Of course, the parallels to Hitler Youth were obvious. I wonder if there will be a part for a Holocaust survivor to say, "Yes, I have seen this before"?

Get over the plot holes. I mean how else can humanity fight aliens if the aliens don't have some kind of really cool ships (29 in all) that can cross interstellar space and hover effortlessly over our major cities?

I think they are bringing everyone back, they only have 4 episodes of V filmed and then they are taking a break til next yr so I dont think it will be an issue with LOST
