Anybody getting pecans yet? If you've got a tree and don't want to mess with 'em let me know. I'll pick them up and treat you with a batch of my double-secret-recipe roasted pecans in return. :D

Surely I'm not the only flying dickwheel around here with a pecan tree.

OK, fine... can't I just be a plain dickwheel then? I have used deer slugs in my .410 before, that oughta count for something.

Pecan-wise, where are y'all located that they're dropping. We haven't had a freeze here in Norman yet.

i'm all about the pecans.

the house that my granddad built had two pecan trees. he planted them both, himself. at the end of his life, both trees were big and giving a lot of pecans. it was a cherished thing in my family, to have those pecans.

after he died, the family that bought the house cut down both pecan trees to make way for a bigger driveway/garage and the wifey said she didn't want to deal with all the "mess".

really sad. gone, the old Oklahoma...enter the new cul-de-sac Wally commuter all-designer grass yard suburban hero Oklahoman.
