Blake Griffin out up to 6 weeks according to Sportscenter (stress fracture in left knee). At least he's not on our football team's starting offense... or our basketball team right now.

Griffin Los Angeles Clippers’ rookie forward Blake Griffin may miss up to six weeks with a stress fracture of his left patella suffered during the Clippers’ last preseason game vs. the New Orleans Hornets on Friday, October 23rd. Further information regarding Griffin’s course of treatment will be made available later. Team officials will be available following shootaround on Tuesday, October 27th at the Los Angeles Clippers Training Center at approximately 10:30 AM.

all is well...I will still be at the CLIPPERS/thunder game to see a big time LAC victory!!!!!!! Griffin's presence alone is enough to scare the Thunder.

But damn....this does suck!

I was walking through a casino a few nights ago when they showed a really nasty BG dunk over some Lakers scrub. It was soooooo awesome that the Lakers bench was trying not to laugh at their teammate.

So, at least Blake went down doing what he loved - dunking. I wish him a speedy recovery... and if his anticipated time back is 6 weeks, BG will do it in 4.
