Franks, inexplicably, started somewhat slow this year...

He's just busted on a few assignments that burned us is all. It happens when you bite on play-action and/or get lazy on a play or two. Happens to everyone, even in the pros.

That may be true but it is unacceptable...

Obviously. We're 4-3 for a lot of reasons... not all on Dom, obviously... but it is a lesson in humility to a person to know all three of these games and OUr season as a whole could be SOOOO much different had we that one play back, you know?

Sam's injury vs BYU, no one picked up the blitz, Sam under pressure falls on his golden arm instead of on his back.

Sam Proctor leaves a BYU WR wide open for a game-winning score.

Tress Way misses a game-winner.

All the dropped passes widespread amongst OUr 7 games so far.

Mossis Madu's fumble and Dom's fumble vs Tejas both resulted in Tejas FGs. :(

Jimmy Stevens hooks a 3-pointer that eventually could have meant overtime vs Tejas.

Let's talk about practice... how bad does Jermaine feel everytime he sees us stopped in the red zone about his awkward fall?

Bad breaks + mistakes = tough season.

Tress Way misses a game-winner..

Don't forget the penalty by Brandon that pushed it back, what 10 yards? A holding on 3rd down? (or penalties in general)

Ha!!! Told ya'll!

Quotable
Junior cornerback Dominique Franks, on what he told Oklahoma’s other corner, Brian Jackson, after returning an interception 85 yards against Kansas for a touchdown:

"He’ll say I get all the lucky picks, like on screens and I’m just like, ‘Man, you gotta have a bit of speed to be able to outrun a quarterback.’”

Jackson intercepted Texas quarterback Colt McCoy late in the fourth quarter, but was tackled by McCoy.

Damn.... Just damn.... We should have won. Imagine how bad we will beat Universidad de Tejas next season....

"IF" we could play mistake-free football, probably by 13-17 points.
