Correct me if I'm wrong, but if the other team is dumb enough to let their signals get figured out, it isn't illegal. Isn't that why you always see coaches hidding their mouth's and having extra signal guys as to not make it so easy. I have never heard of someone getting mad about someone stealing their signs, sounds like he should be mad at his own coaching staff.
