I had a cat who, like most cats, went through the occasional "crazies". During his romp through the house, he would come flying down the hall, leap in the air, swiping his paw as he flew, and turn off the light switch for the living room where I was trying to read or watch TV. Then it was off to the back of the house at 0.8 Mach. He was a big cat; 20 lbs and not fat. He sounded like rolling thunder as he ran.
