So I got a Reckless Driving ticket leaving the game after Baylor. I was crossing Main and barely squealed my tires. My truck has 400lb ft of torque so that happens sometimes. Anyone know a good lawyer that can go to court so I don't have to drive back up?

Just pay the fine. Can't you send them a check? In the future, you'll just have to try to control that monster of a truck you got there.

Sounds like he might need some better tires. :D

hehe.

I tried to use that same line back in the day. "Uhh, I can't help it, my car is too powerful."

Johnny Law just smiled as he gave me the ticket and told me I'll just have to try to control it better.

I would try fighting it first. Call the DA department and explain the situation and see what can get done. I have seen a few of these get removed by doing this in Norman....lots of reckless tickets given out for some odd reasons in Norman.

Reckless driving is a little much but you will spend too much money fighting it, hell in norman it costs you $40 to fight a $20 ticket

The issue I would have about paying it is it is a conviction and what would the insurance company say when they see you have a reckless driving conviction...
