I don't think Bama can roll anyone by 50. They've only managed 22 and 20 points in their last 2 games, and most of those points were, according to Spurrier, illegal FGs. They scored one (1) offensive TD against Ole Miss and only one (1) offensive TD against SoCar. Color me unimpressed.

They've been over the half-hunnerd mark only one time and that was against North Texas, who ranks 113th in the NCAA in scoring defense. They also got to play #114 on that list in Florida Int'l.

Of course they play in the SEC where its almost impossible to score points aginst those brick wall defenses, so we can ignore any questions about their offense.

2005 Rose Bowl = VYU vs "The Greatest Team in the history of all levels of sports, period."

I agree, Iowa v. Cincy. What will hurt Iowa is their close wins against Arky State and Northern Iowa. Pike's hurt for Cincy, and they still have WVU and Pitt left. I would want TCU, but I really don't think the "powers that be" will let that happen. To me, TCU looks about as close to a complete team as you're going to find. Good D, good special teams, and a good QB who doesn't make very many mistakes.
