i've never been THAT impressed...

I like the Tarahumara Dinner, or the Diego Dinner.

Also, the service is first-rate and your meal is in front of you within 5 minutes of ordering.

Plus, I've made friends with the wait-staff, because they remember me...not the other way around. I like that.

I take it back, it might be slightly ahead of The Border Crossing up on Main Street. Call that a draw, because the Border Crossing does have some good queso.

Tarahumara's, Los Dos, Chelino's, La Luna, and Ted's all rank above Tulio's on my list.

Oh, and if you go over along I-35 just north of Lindsay, hit up Misal. Best lunch buffet in town - Indian food.

Border Crossing is gone. Frankly, I'm amazed that Tulio's is still open. They're (at best) the 7th best Mexican food in Norman. Probably more like 10-11 behind even Qdoba and Freebirds.

last time I was in Norman the Border Crossing was closed, unless they have moved from their original location from many years on Main Street. and fyi.... the Border Crossing is not Mexican or even Tex-Mex, its New Mexican food, there is a big difference in styles and flavors....

used to know the owner back in the day when I lived in town....
