And find out why none of their coordinators even though they are so great according to analysts are never offered any head coaching jobs anywhere. Also you ever wonder why none of their star players ever leave early. I can't even think of one player from texas who has left after their junior season.

Texas takes care of their players, nice cars, nice women, and no school. Kevin durant had a nice black on black range while he was hoopin for Texas

I would almost be willing to bet that Oklahoma has a close to 3 to 1 edge in players leaving early for the NFL. Maybe it just seems that way.

Gene Chizik. Muschamp would be gone but he's the head coach in waiting. Greg Davis isn't any good. Any other idiotic ramblings?

Greg Robinson was hired by Syracuse as HC after one season as DC at Texas. Dick Tomey was hired by San Jose State as HC after one year at Texas. Chizik was after them.

For a long time Mack preferred "stability" in the staff so he hired his old cronies.

It always seems to me that Texas has less super-outstanding guys than some folks, but more simply outstanding guys than other folks which leads to less of them leaving early.

Brewster, the head coach at Minnesota, was a long time Mack assistant.

That's how I see it. If there was a list of "superstar" players for each team, I think OU might have an edge. Maybe I'm just biased though.
