No Bradford and no Gresham makes a little difference too. As does the unforced turnovers, the dropped could have been interception/TDs, and 2nd half adjustments of Texas offense.

The dropped interceptions were the
game changer in my opinion.

No doubt, both teams sucked.

But the difference on the scoreboard was a blow call.

Don't forget an injured yet still somewhat effective Ryan Broyles and Trent Williams...

Minus injuries, despite all the miscues, we win that ****ing game.

5 turnovers and -16 yds rushing was the difference and, the last time I checked, will get you beat every time. Take away those two things only and you guys would have won the game.

TOO many penalties, TOO many turnovers and KEY injuries-That's the difference. Too much to overcome against anyone.

Don't let facts get in their way, SabanBall.

But the botched call ended up determining the outcome.

Franks shouldn't have been anywhere near that ball.

But he was.

And it WAS a muff because it dropped right through his hands when he tried to pick up. Maybe his foot was out of bounds when he touched it.

But the fact remains that he shouldn't have been anywhere near that ball.

Because Texas clearly would have been trying to run the clock out to get to OT with two timeouts and three and a half minutes left.

No. He picked it up cleanly, was trying to go forward, when he got hit, he fumbled.

Because Texas clearly had proven they could move the ball, at will, against OU's defense all day.

Our defense still played better IMO the turnovers and their field position killed us.

The bull**** PI call on Ibloye(sp?) hurt, because if I remember right it would of been 3 and long out of FG range!!!

Having this guy as one of our DB's also made a difference...

So are you saying it should have been a Texas TD? Because if you view it as possession/fumble then that is what the call should have been.

It looked like a muff to me and as Grapevine stated Franks should never have even tried to field it.

No, the Texas receiver, Malcom Williams, clearly fumbled the ball out of the end zone for an OU touchback.
