It would be great for OU to beat Texas like this and have the Tx fans whine another year about being so close, but getting knocked out of the championship game again.

the kick was blocked. the ball was lying on the ground. the holder, still kneeling, picks the ball up. the holder then stands up and 10 seconds later, runs it in. wasnt he down because his knee was down when he picked the ball up?

but yes, some variation of that would be awesome on Saturday, although I would prefer an asskicking

There are special rules for the holder in college ball - the holder can get up and run even though he starts with a knee down. Don't know about HS ball.

Would love to see a few gadget plays work for us... more so if we were running out of plays to score points with and less so if we were desperate for something that works.

There are special rules for the holder in college ball - the holder can get up and run even though he starts with a knee down. Don't know about HS ball.

Not after the kick has been made. After it comes back to him he's just another player who is down as soon as he has possession of the ball.

I'd actually like to see Murray hang 7 rushing TDs on them and Sam pour on 6 or 7 more and then in the 2nd half...Landry finish them off at arOUnd 100 points.
