Right now the line is Texas -3. I thought OU would be getting more points than that. The odds makers seem to think that this will be a game.

My head would be Texas up to a minus 13.5.
My heart prolly won't allow it though.

Texas has a few injuries and Texas is giving up about 15 pts per game to the likes of Wyoming, Louisiana-Monroe, and Colorado. OU has been giving up 8 points to the likes of Miami, BYU, and Tulsa. This will be a defense game and I'm not trying to be a homer...but with the exception of Jordan Shipley, I like OUs receivers and running backs better. But that means nothing if they can't hold on to the ball

That craptacular performance against the Buffs had to bring down the line. UT's offense barely outscored the Buff's offense.

Early lines are just that, early to attract interest, the real money won't be bet until late Friday/early Saturday. Right now the range is Texas -1 to Texas -3. I think it will settle at Texas -3.

The odds makers like OU a lot better than the coach's poll. What's the saying, "put your money where your mouth is."

We love being overrated...So when bad things happen...no one will be disappointed. We're just overrated, that's all.
