Got to hand it to Briles... had a good scheme in the beginning and going for it on fourth down... nerves of steel.

Thanks SicEm. Nobody had to be carried off the field and I enjoyed watching your back up QB. It won't be much longer until Baylor is scaring some folks on Saturdays. I really like you coach too and think Briles is a class act.

I have always had a respect for Baylor (It might be because I am Baptist.)...I am truly pulling for you guys, and you guys do have some good defensive players. Pawelek is a man out there, and will be in the NFL next year....Shock the world and beat * and the Pokes, too.

Baylor's got some really good college players. It's easy to root for the Bears. Good luck the rest of the season!

They are an easy team to want to see do well. Let's see:

1.) Classy Coach (unlike OSU or *)
2.) Classy fans (unlike OSU, *, Tech, KSTATE, or CU)
3.) Non-cult-like fans (unlike A&M or Nebbish)
4.) Respectful players (unlike OSU, *, Mizzou, or KSTATE)

The only other teams that I can say might fit into that category might be KU and ISU, but their BBALL fans cancel that out. The only thing that I don't like about Baylor is Skeletor, but digging down into Women's BBALL to find a reason to dislike a program is pretty far.
