I just read an expert opinion that I actually trust and he said that OU has gone much more to the I pro-style and moved away from the spread variant that you ran with Sam.

You guys have great running backs, run blocking is usually a bit easier adaptation for a young lineman, and it is definitely the exception rather than the rule in conference so it will be tougher to prepare for.

Are you still running the no huddle?

same offense from what I can tell, just more selective play calling

We've gone back to the wishbone, run the fullback on 1st and 2nd downs, run the option on 3rd down....please pass info. along to Mack....Oh, and we take long huddles now too.

QB under center=98% chance of a run play.
QB in shotgun=98% chance of a pass play.

Same offense, with all of the elite playmakers stripped from it.

We still run the same basic O, but different sets with Landry. He doesn't have the same decision-making skills that Sam does, so we're trying to simplify everything for him and the OLine.

We did not block well enough to win either game :( we lost. The D is good but I know they need some fuel to keep it up 4 quarters! What they are used to -
