...well folks, 6 of the 9 justices attended Red Mass today seeking divine inspiration in, and blessing on, the new SCOTUS term that begins Monday.

As voiced by the bailiff before each proceeding, "May God Save This Honorable Court."

The incorporation issue should be pretty easily disposed. There's pretty wide agreement on both sides of the aisle that the 14th should incorporate the whole bill of rights.
