8 to 21 is a bit steep. Then again, we're the only 2 loss team on the thing.

We might be able to beat a couple of those teams ahead of us and their is probably a few teams behind us that could beat us. We certainly have not earned a better ranking.

+1. With 2 losses we are lucky to be in the top 25. Now is the time to start moving up!!

we haven't beaten anyone who's any good.

we've gotten beat by two above average teams.

We should be thankful to be ranked at all.

If anything 21 might be too high.

I wouldn't have ranked us since there are a bunch of teams who have proven more than we have up to this point.

uhhh, the time to start moving up was this past week. A win would have put us on the cusp of the top 5. Then, a win over texas would have put solidly in the Top 3.

Bummer

A win over Texas would be a miracle at this point. ;)

If I saw a team in the top 25 that had throttled Idaho State and Tulsa but lost to BYU and Miami I would think it was absurd they were rated at all. I'd say our D is pulling enough respect that its keeping us rated. Its just a little humbling to see VaTech, Boise, Cinci, TCU, Iowa, Oregon, Kansas, Auburn, Kansas, OK St., Ole Miss, and Missouri rated ahead of us in one poll or other. Hopefully, we'll look back and say we finished remarkably well, considering the start we had.

I'm going to try to sit back and enjoy the rest of the season. It's not going to be what we're used to, but every year can't be what we've become used to.
2010 is a new season.

You can beat, and be beat by, almost anyone in the top 80.

What would have been a miracle, is if we would have beaten 'Big 12 Champs', Texas, in 1996.

We're no longer contending for the NC. It doesn't matter where we are or aren't ranked.

Don't worry, we still have 8 weeks of football left, I'm sure we can fall out of the top 25 by then.

Can't wait until the mid-season "Most Disappointing" lists start coming out; we should be high up on those.

I suggest you avoid our bowl game, should there be one, then....it is usually the cause of much frustration.

I will give my honest feeling about the game... with a healthy Bradford... we loose. I do not like all the hype Miami received, because those kids are still young and have to mature.

I'll do one better. With a healthy Broyles we win.
