No! Switzer in his OU days said never go for 2 until late in the game because you never know what will transpire.

i say no. generally unless its in the final 5 minutes or so, i dont think that 2-pt conversion sheet is really all that relevant

Its called discussion and that is what a message board is for and if you don't like people discussing the game on a Sooner Football board then.......

Discussion are one thing CK. Starting personal vendettas because someone thinks your a lousy fan...is a whole different situation IMO.

Well that is not true and if you think I am a lousy fan because I critique the coaches and discuss are flaws after a game then 95% of fans are lousy.

Heck, I have moved on now. Some people just like to vent after a game and that is what a message board is for.

Time for some Sunday football now.

Would it have made a difference?All we needed to do is make a play.Doesn't matter if it was Franks getting the pick 6 he dropped or catching a pass we dropped or hit Cleb running wide open or recover the UM fumble,protect LJ so he doesn't get hit and fumble,get a big sack or key stop on D.We had a lot of chances and did not make the plays,would going for 2 change anything?NO,because even if we had got it,UM was in scoring position to win with even a FG when the game ended.

Well yeah it would have made a difference if we would have converted it.

95% might be the ones who respond like some of you have....but I'll bet ya the stands will be 95% full of Fans like me for Baylor.

I'm with you CK and company, ST has been trying to call out what he perceives as bandwagon fans for the second day now. These boards are for discussion and the venting is helpful. I am hurting as many are here, but I don't appreciate my fan loyalty being called into question after over 40 years of supporting the team through some terrible times.
