He needs to keep stretching the field. Landry missed Caleb while ago and now KW has decided we need to run draws and end arounds every friggin play.

i might copy this into the game thread. i said to my wife mid-way through the 2nd quarter, if we are going to lose this game, i am blaming kevin wilson with all my being. one great drive to start the game - revert back to page 1 of the playbook.

personally i think wilson needs to grow some gonads and call plays like he is capable of doing. this guy can be so great sometimes but he can never figure it out, when your losing you need to open up the playbook

KW certainly isn't winning any accolades from me, but I think one thing that had him spooked was Landry's tendency to wait too long to make the throw. This especially seems to happen on play action....he waits too long sometimes to get the throw off...IMHO....as a former qb.....as a former college qb....I think.

Thats kewl sb but he is a coach in the upper booth and being paid to adjust and make calls that take advantage of a situation or change what is not working period.

Again, it was the playcalling after the runs by DM that torqued me. Kenney is torching his guy all night with zero safety help. I'm no OC, but why noy play action to him down there late?

Yup. It's not the players, this happens every year. In the same way. I'm tired of playing bigten ball and our playcalling going into a shell in every single big game we play in. Forget Ohio St, we are the sole laughing stock of college football. Thanks kevin wilson. Oh yeah, and bobby jack wright, don't think you're getting off that easy, you still haven't learned how to coach a secondary. Or any sort of pass D that can stop a 4rd and freaking 6. Sick.

kw...has never heard of a playaction pass. LJ under center is 100% run, even with 10 in the box.

We are officially the laughing stock and i don't blame anyone for joining in. We get so much credit for a championship 9 years ago.... We have now been reduced to Oklahoma state and playing the spoiler for other big12 teams

That play call just floored me. You have 10 in the box, Kenney has been wearing his guy out all night, and you throw a dump-off pass that would have been short of the first down anyway. That ranks right up there with the Matt Clapp 3rd and 6 play against BYU.
