Seriously, cash your ticket in first (if you win) before announcing it to the world (or this part of the Sooner universe). There might be some Aggies or Short-Horns reading this board and there is no telling what they might do if they sniff that $170 million Powerball jackpot.

I figure I need about a 5 million jackpot to be able to retire.
I'm 36. Remember when a million bucks seemed like it was so much you could never spend it? I think there is a company in CA now that helps new lotto winners not end up broke in a few years.

So...lump sum or annual payments? I do the lump sum.
