since getting exposed by V Tech do you think the bandwagon Canes fans still show up Saturday or will we be playing in front of a half empty stadium?

They were playing in front of a half empty stadium BEFORE the loss.

I am sure they will turn on their team quickly if we can get a good lead on them early. There should be a charged crowd at the start. This game is really huge for both teams, a 2-loss team will be out of the title hunt....

If they can't roll out for this one...

National TV audience, Saturday night game, Oklahoma, Top 10 opponent..

It seats 76,000 and they only had 45,000+ for Georgia Tech.. The students must have had early classes on Friday...

I'm guessing they will have about 55,000..

No way can they fill that place. Be prepared for the occasional thUg apologists coming here and saying how there's so much to do in miami on a Saturday night, so they won't show very well...
but they still have such a kick *** fan base. The lack of thUg fans on this board should be a good indicator.

I'll wager in the ballpark of 50k.

Well, all the Cane fans I've seen the last couple weeks here in Jax have mysteriously disappeared again. I hope it's empty, makes it easier on us.

I my own opinion, the only fanbase that's more bandwagon than Miami is USC, and the USC bandwagoners are a distant second.

My opinion on the crowd Saturday night is that the majority will be speaking Cubanese.

they'll probably show up thinking it's a baseball game.

I think they will show up and be loud. All fans with any age on them are bandwagon fans. Most current OU students have only known the Stoops era. I've been watching them since the 70's while I have always loved OU there have been a few years sprinkled in there where I would listen to the games on the radio while working on a dirt bike or check scores at the turn of a round of golf. This Miami team beat FSU on the road, and a decent GT team at home. I truly believe VT is much better than BYU, especially in that environment. We have beat Tator State and Tulsa. Let's not get cocky.

The U is a small school in comparison to the Big Boys. Their enrollment is 15,300 in Miami.
