I'll probably turn on whatever game happens to be on as background noise and work on some music I'm trying to learn. Oh, and I gots to practice piano, if'n I want a job down the road.

I'm trying to learn the scores for Die Fledermaus and La Traviata.

As far as piano, I'm pretty mediocre right now - but to get a job as a conductor (in the opera world) you need to be able to play well enough to coach singers and accompany rehearsals. So I'm working on it.

There is a Grand Opening in Tulsa of a new Aircraft Hangar. It supports United Way. It's $5 per person or $10 per car load. Hornsby, The Tulsa Oiler Cheerleaders and others will be there. Folks can walk around an MD-80 aircraft and view what a Pratt and Whitney Jet Engine looks like. Lots of other stuff to see too. Brand new Facility for Aircraft maintenance. You can also purchase discount tickets and visit the Tulsa Air and Space Museum down the way from the new Hangar.

The PSU fans in my office are scared of this game. Iowa is their kryptonite. PSU has faced NO challenges yet (Akron, SU, and Temple). Jenks HS could go 3-0 against that schedule....

Today, yard work, a long run, and a pool party with our General. There will A LOT of football fans there, so I won't go without my weekly fix.

My Son and I took a few moments to watch him make the climb into his truck. He made it. Then we watched as he had to leave the truck door open to get his seat belt around him. It was quite a workout. :D

Mowing, mowing, mowing. And did I mention mowing? The grass is nice and tall since it did not get mowed last weekend. Also, I might go get my tickets, that did not get used last week, framed. Then tune in for the Tech/UH game. Should be a good one.

Having people over to watch college football. UK/UF will be the game of the day, but since my son and I are headed to Athens next weekend, I'm watching (or Tivo-ing) both the LSU and Georgia games.

Anyone watching Wisconsin/Michigan State?

I had yard chores, so I haven't been able to sit down till now :(

To rephrase Rush Limbaugh, I want Michigan State to fail. They seem pretty set on Cousins right now at QB, but if they continue to have him blow games like he did last week with the INT, they will have to go with Keith Nichol... whom I'm a big fan of.

Plus, if Michigan State fails, that means a W for Wisky.

Hanging with my wife while she gives birth to our first child. :-)

Unfortunately, it's looking like a c-section. The baby just isn't moving down far enough and the water has already been broken.

Baby knows to do this on an off weekend.
