for fries and other potato sides? Mustard seems to make most things better, and I think that always having a good spicy mustard available would go over well at most places. Maybe it is more common in places that aren't Nebraska, I don't know, but if it isn't it should be.

I hate ketchup and mayonaise, so therefore I eat mustard with about everything. Onion rings and mustard = greatness

I am on board with that. Hot English mustard on grilled steaks are for the win. It is almost as good as wasabi. Blood and mustard. Mustard and blood. But, you also need some mashed potatoes and dark gravy and garlic bread to sop it up. Okay, to make it healthy add steamed spinach with garlic and chilies. That's my perfect meal.
