You guys are more than welcome. I have a good camera, but I would definitely like to have a better lens for sports photography. Problem is they run about $7K.

There is nothing better than great sideline pictures to bring back memories of sitting in the first row of the student section while cheering on the Sooners. Wonderful!

Anyone else notice that Jones isn't wearing a QB wristband with the plays on it?

Isn't the pylon considered part of the endzone? If so, then I would say the call was right because apparently the white line is part of the endzone. Seems weird though. I never noticed that.

The way I understand it is that the pylon is the edge of the endzone. You have to break the plane the is in line with the pylon face. Its hard to explain but in the picture above, white is out of bounds.

That's the Fiesta Bowl of his freshman year. This is early last year. It looks like he wore one his freshman year when they had a huddle offense, but they dropped it with the no huddle.

I think the pylon issue is mostly the front of the endzone. If a player reaches and hits one of the front pylons it would be a TD. If a player was making a catch in the back of the endzone, and he stepped on the back pylon it would be out of bounds.

Anyway, they reviewed it and called it a TD. My best guess here is that since it wasn't a regular TV game they didn't have as many cameras. There must not have been enough video evidence to overrule the call on the field.

TD or not it was a heck of a toss by Landry to get it over that coverage.

BTW.......I took this last year at the Cincinnati game. It was a TD pass that I believe Clapp caught. I thought it was amazing how much space he had without being harassed by the defense.

In fact, I e-mailed it in to Kenny Mossman at OU after Sam won the Heisman. I think this would be an awesome pose for the statue in Heisman park. Jason's statue is throwing the ball. I think it would be good to be different.

Good to see more of Auston English this year. It's like he basically disappeared last year. And God bless you, Ryan Reynolds.

That would be pretty sawesome. Isn't there a picture out there of Sam basically doing the heisman pose unintentionally

I wonder why they don't use them for the no huddle, doesn't Tech use them in their offense?

That pick looks like it was taken last year right before Tom Brady got injured, as that's when they started putting knee braces on OUr QBs off-hand knee.

I think his foot hit inbounds first and dragged across the line. I'm not sure, been a while since I saw it in live action but that could explain both those pictures.

Good information. I was wondering why Landry was wearing a knee brace.

I've also been wondering why Ryan Reynolds doesn't wear anything on his knees. I guess it slows him down too much.

I thought the same that maybe his left foot touched first. But it's hard to know since it was PPV. I did see a replay of that today while watching the Tulsa game, but it wasn't a good angle at all.
