I'm happy to watch this one at home. Those Canes fans are nasty. Y'all watch out for flying drinks and flying spit at the game. Hope that's all you have to watch for!

They've announced that the gametime will be either 2:30 or 7 and will be broadcast by ABC. More info here. (http://www.tulsaworld.com/news/article.aspx?subjectid=92&articleid=20090921_92_0_Olhmsk178424)

It is possible that Gameday will visit Miami that week. If so, I hope all of you have fun with that :D

Still haven't purchased tickets. There seem to be quite a few still available however. Did everyone purchase tickets in the visiting team section or just random seating?

I bought thru the alumni club down there, s'posed to be a Sooner section, like 415 or sumptin. They were also selling lower level seats in one of the endzones, so maybe a bunch of Sooners there, too. Go to parking lot 8 and look for the tent, they may have extras for sale.

I'd stay in North Miami Beach. You can sometimes find decent deals there.

Anyone wanting to tailgate? I'm having to go to this one alone. I may bring my charcoal grill if anyone is interested.

We stay at the Embassy Suites in Ft Lauderdale. It is just north of the airport a few blocks. It is about the same distance to the stadium as staying in Miami.

Go to landsharkstadium.com and pick one from the north side.
