I don't know how many dozens of times I've seen Star Wars, but I just noticed that the chubby X-Wing pilot at the end ("Red Six") is named Porkins. Heh.

Was he the "stay on target" guy?

Nope, that was Rouge Leader. Here's the entire script for Porkins:

PORKINS: Red Six checking in.

...

PORKINS I've got a problem here....

WEDGE: Eject, Porkins!

PORKINS: I can hold it....AIIEEGHGEEGHHH!!!!

Wedge?

Hell, if we're going to include the Rebels then Luke Skywalker is the answer. He had was just ahead of the blast wave from Death Star I and had to actually escape from Death Star II at the last minute.

Now that I think about it, it's Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader. I think Luke is able to get him off Death Star II but then we see him being cremated down on Endor.

Survive attacks, as in being present on the facility upon it being attacked or surviving the attack as in being a part of the attack?

STAR WARS DORKS, ASSEMBLE!

Ah, I took your question as who was the only attacker to survive. I wouldn't put Luke as an attacker of the Second Death Star.

That was JohnnyMack's question.

The way you put it, I think Wedge would be correct. Well...what about Chewbacca? He was on the Millenium Falcon for both attacks.

Not for the second. That weird Mario looking dude and the King of Colt .45, Billy Dee Williams was in the Falcon for the 2nd one.

oops, I don't know why I said your question, I knew it was JohnnyMack who asked.

And Fireman is right, Chewie was on the moon during the Battle of Endor.

Oh yeah, Chewbacca was with the ground team on Endor.

Do we know when he died, though?

One minute he wants to see his boy, the next minute his boy is making Darth Porkroast with a bunch of teddy bears. But my memory ain't that great if it doesn't involve boobs or Billy Dee Williams.

I could pop in the DVD and check, but then I'd have to admit some uncomfortable truths about myself. :O

I retract what I said about the NFL being "meh"--at least temporarily. The Cowboy game is pretty entertaining.

EDIT: The prevent defense prevents another victory. Grrr.

I would donate a gonad if someone would kick the sh*t out of Jerry Jones on live TV.
