I vote Blake Gideon, defensive back? who dropped the easy-late game interception last year against TxTech, to allow the spectacular finish TD, Harrell to Crabtree, to pave the way for the Sooners' Big 12 Championship of '08.

Heh. I have to agree on Applewhite for reals, though. The dude was a freakin' gamer - much like Heupel. And then Mack benched him in favor of Limo, and had to pull Applewhite off the bench when he actually wanted to try to win games. That's a pretty raw deal for Applewhite.

Though I do NOT miss hearing him called THE MAJOR every 5 minutes.
